We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead by example and play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of patient care and documentation in our EMR system, in addition to paper documentation. You will be responsible for managing our clinical team and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our patients. Necessary skills include planning, organizing, delegating and supervising the daily tasks of the clinical staff. You will work effectively with physicians, mid-level providers, staff, patients, public and external vendors. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgement, decision making, and problem solving expertise within the guidelines of the practice and providers is necessary. Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with physicians, our chronic care management team, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary recommendations to treatment plans as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff and provide constructive feedback with encouragement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system with knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding

- Maintain Clinical inventory and Environmental care
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities
- Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:
- Valid TN nursing license. LPN or RN
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a primary care setting
- Proven experience in nurse management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge and skills in areas such as phlebotomy, suturing, laboratory procedures, working with people with developmental disabilities, behavioral health, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
